Riina Võhma | Project Manager

Riina’s experience as a call center consultant and Head of Customer Support team helps her identify the best contact center solutions suited to our clients’ needs. She loves excellent customer service and smart technologies that make it possible. Endless curiosity towards the world inspires Riina to constantly learn new things. On weekends you find her hunting wild mushrooms in the woods or rejoicing at the sight of a rare caterpillar.

Kerstin Anneljas | Project Manager

Kerstin joined the Prominion team as a Project Manager in 2013. “Nothing is impossible” attitude and logical thinking are her forte and along with keeping soft values in high regard she makes sure our clients stay happy. Coaching and emotional intelligence are subjects that are close to her heart.

Roman Errapart | Sales Director

Being one of the founding members Roman joined Prominion full time in 2005. Prior to that he worked in sales for international telecommunication companies. As our Sales Director he is the guardian of sales related operations and leads the expansion to other markets. He is to our team what Usain is to running.

Ekke-Edvard Einberg | CTO

Ekke is one of the founding members and has 30+ years experience in IT. Studied electrical engineering, built a telephone service from scratch at Starman, founded Prominion and the rest is history. Ekke is the team’s Yes-man, whose incurable optimism and tunnel vision enables him to perform things that seem impossible at first.

Andres Loorpuu | CEO

Andres is one of the three founding members and has an extensive experience in sales and managing development projects up his sleeve. His golden skill is analytical thinking and understanding of systems that makes it possible for him to take a broad view. He has nerves of steel, but a soft spot for engaging storytelling.
