Riina’s experience as a call center consultant and Head of Customer Support team helps her identify the best contact center solutions suited to our clients’ needs. Ekke is one of the founding members and has 30+ years experience in IT. Studied electrical engineering, built a telephone service from scratch at Starman, founded Prominion and the rest is history. Ekke is the team's Yes-man, whose incurable optimism and tunnel vision enables him to perform things that seem impossible at first.

Tarmo is an expert with 18+ years of IT experience, 6 years of it as a SAP System Administrator. In our team his mission is to lead the team of tech support wizards and offer the most logical, impeccable and well planned solutions that fit our clients' needs. Skillful with his hands Tarmo is the team's MacGyver, who can "jump-start a truck with a cactus" while flying a kite.

Marina is one of the newest and youngest Prominions, whose curiosity and the ability to learn fast new technologies make her an important member of our support team. Marina also has the spirit and energy to acquire a bachelor's degree in IT systems development at TalTech. Hold your horses, because this is far from all, as she also has a trillion hobbies from volunteering to building robots.

As our DB and Reporting Specialist he is a data miner, researcher and SQL server expert providing high level reports to our clients on a daily basis. He is the team's Marathon Maestro who enjoys wind in his hair and dust in his eyes!

Madis keeps all servers and core network running 24/7. 20 years of experience in VoIP field as System Administrator and developer has taught him how to separate the wheat from the chaff and put energy to the right place. His mantra "start fast & simple, improve it later to perfection" makes systems that we set up for our clients reliable and easily manageable.

Andres is one of the three founding members and has an extensive experience in sales and managing development projects up his sleeve.
